From 26 to 28 April 2026, the leadership team of MMC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. gathered at Taman Negara for the Company’s annual Management Retreat.

Anchored on the theme “Strategy to Grow,” the retreat provided a focused platform for the management team to align the Company’s strategic direction, priorities and key initiatives for the year ahead. Through a series of structured discussions, the team reviewed MMC Engineering’s overall strategy, strengthened cross-functional alignment and reaffirmed its commitment to delivering sustainable, high-impact infrastructure solutions.

The programme also featured outdoor experiential activities set against the natural surroundings of Taman Negara. These activities were designed to strengthen collaboration, enhance leadership cohesion and build resilience, while reinforcing the importance of adaptability and teamwork in a dynamic operating environment.

The retreat reflects MMC Engineering’s continued emphasis on strong leadership alignment, strategic clarity and organisational readiness as the Company advances its growth agenda.
