On 12 October 2017, in service to the community, MMC Engineering Services Sdn Bhd organised a Blood Donation Programme. This is the 2^nd year of collaboration with national Blood Centre (Pusat Darah Negara) and it was held at Dewan Sri Payung, Wisma Zelan, Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.

As part of MMCES Corporate Social Responsibility for the year 2017, it is a noble initiative by Health and Safety Department to promote greater awareness about health and to encourage people of all walks of life to donate blood. At the same time, this programme was aimed to providing relief for patients recovering from their ailments.

Present at the programme were En Mohd Abdul Fatah Hj Endut, CEO of MMC Engineering Services Sdn Bhd and Encik Mohd Sahimi Abdullah, General Manager, Operation and also one of our donors for that day. A total of 63 donors and 28,350ml blood are successfully collected from MMCES staff, Wisma Zelan office tenants and also from walk-in donors.    

This is the biggest motivation for us to keep us doing this type of programme and we managed to educate public the important of blood donating.  After all, blood donation is part of our human duty. Thumbs up to the committee for the successful programme.
